Fertilizing:
Without proper nutrition a lawn, plant or tree is susceptible to a wide
variety of pest. Proper fertilization will improve on the quality,
appearance and value of all of your landscaping.

De thatching:
Is the removal of the dead layer of grass that blocks water, light and
nutrients from reaching the soil. This layer should be removed yearly
usually in the spring but in some cases a second de thatching should
be performed in the fall.

Core Aerating:
This should be performed annually to allow water, air and fertilizers to
reach below the surface. Core Aerating involves the removal of
thousands of little plugs from a lawn. Over seeding can also be done at
this time to accelerate the growth and development of a beautiful lawn.

Over seeding:
The application of grass seed over an existing lawn: This practice will
revitalize or re-establish any lawn. Over seeding should be performed
every two years. For best results, core aeration and fertilization should
be completed prior to seeding. This will promote good seed to soil
contact with plenty of nutrients for the young seedlings.
