commercial clients. We offer a special coated De-Icier product called SNO-PLOW,
which can be safely used around your vegetation, pets, children, and is even
safe for your automobile.

Snow Removal Services
Fast Grass has over 10 years experience in providing snow removal
service's for the Sandpoint / Bonner County area. Experience and dedication
make us the area's premier snow removal company.

Our team prepares for the winter season long before the first snow fall covers
the area. We constantly monitor weather conditions 24 hours a day 7 days a
week through out the winter. We take snow removal very seriously.

Commercial properties are plowed when the snow levels reach 2.0 to 3.0 inches.
Every effort is made to complete the work before business hours.

De-icing service is available in the event slippery conditions remain after a
plowing or removal operation, or in the event of a freezing rain or light snowfall
of less than 1.0 inch.

Many clients take advantage of our morning check service. When temperatures
are below 37 degrees, our morning check team will go through your commercial
property and look for icy patches that have developed overnight from gutters,
puddles or run off. We then apply De-icier to help keep those areas safe.

Liquid Magnesium Chloride is not the cure-all for controlling winter storms.
However, if used properly, the product will save money, reduce pollution, and
cut down on accidents. Although the product is priced higher than salt, it will
save money in the long run because it reduces plow time, sand or salt use, and
clean up. The use of Liquid Magnesium Chloride will allow you to stop using
products that are increasingly being condemned for pollution and damage to
cars and to storm and sewer
systems.

Liquid Anti-Icing and Deicing is a relatively new practice compared to traditional
salting and sanding.

Anti-Icing is a snow and ice control strategy for prevention of a strong bond
between frozen precipitation or frost and a pavement surface by timely
application of a chemical freezing point depressant.

Deicing is an operation where a treatment of a deicer is applied to the top of an
accumulation of snow, ice, or frost that is already bonded to the pavement
surface.

Anti-Icing = Proactive
Deicing = Reactive

Both Anti-Icing and Deicing are needed for effective winter storm management.
Anti-Icing should be the first in a series of strategies for each winter storm.
